Returns & Refund Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS. NO STORE CREDIT.

Defective Merchandise
If for any reason you receive our merchandise that is damaged or defective, please email info@essenceboutiquellc.com within 3 business days of order receipt, with the following:

  • A photo of the damage/defect
  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue

Upon receipt, we will review the information and email you on the next steps.  A replacement item will not be sent out until we receive the defective item back. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If you fail to email us within 3 business days of order receipt with the above mentioned information, we are unable to provide you with an exchange of the product.

Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for a product of like kind and/or cost. Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and unworn to be accepted.

Please note: DMs are not acceptable and will not be returned or used as notification of damage. 

We do reserve the right to deny a request.
